REFUNDS:

LXG DESIGNS does not refund any custom items. Keep in mind that every design is custom made just for you, based on your body measurements; however, in case of a manufacturing defect in a custom garment LXG will fix or replace the garment at not cost to the client.

Swimwear and Lingerie: Due to the intimate nature ofswimwear and lingerie LXG may refund on a case to case basis. LXG has the right to deny a refund based oncase to case basis. Please make sure you know your size before ordering. If you don't know how to measure yourself please refer to the "how to measure for a custom corset chart" , "ready to wear corset size chart" and "swimwear size chart", or feel free to contact us, we will be happy to help you!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

LXG DESIGNS ONLY accepts returns and will exchange items for manufacturing defects and on a case to case basis. We will not take any returns if you damaged your item ,you choose the wrong size, or don't take the proper care of your item. You must contact us before returning any item. The returning time is two weeks from the moment you receive your order.

Please check your size and choices before placing your order. Always follow the care instructions.

CANCELLATIONS:

You must cancel your order within 24 hours of being place. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a cancellation number. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and paid in full.
